These Terms of Use governs your use of the Know More University and/or Know More and/or The Sales Intel Engine (each as an individual entity or together as it relates these Terms of Use hereafter known as "School").

Access to the School is by membership license only. Licenses may be individually purchased or made available to a user through an Enterprise Agreement with a third-party organization such as a business, association, educational institution, etc. You may need to create an account with a username and password in order to use the School. You may create your own Membership Account or one might be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and you agree that you are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Account. By creating an Account or by using the School, you agree to the School's privacy policy found on the School's website. You agree that we may contact you via email, phone, or by other means, including but not limited to communication regarding using the School and for other marketing purposes including but not limited to receiving our electronic newsletters, and you can opt out of any communication at any time. By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business agrees accepts these terms.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

If at any time you are not happy with the School or object to any material within the School, your sole remedy is to cease using the School and any of its provided resources. Guarantees or Warranties
We do not offer any guarantees or warranties in association with the School, the content sources used, and any other third parties.

Site Terms of Use Modifications
The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law
Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, in Hennepin County, and/or the jurisdiction of the SBR Worldwide, LLC's choice without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The validity and effect of the Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. In the event litigation is instituted hereunder, each User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of any federal or state court situated in Hennepin County, MN, as SBR Worldwide, LLC selects in its sole discretion. ANY SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING CONCERNING THE SITE, ITS USE, THESE TERMS OF USE, OR CONCERNING ANY OTHER POLICY OR PROCEDURE OF SBR WORLDWIDE, LLC, MUST BE BROUGHT IN A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION IN MINNESOTA, AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURT (AND OF THE APPROPRIATE APPELLATE COURTS THEREFROM) IN ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING; AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY OBJECTION WHICH YOU MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE TO THE LAYING OF THE VENUE OF ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY SUCH COURT OR THAT ANY SUCH SUIT, ACTION OR PROCEEDING WHICH IS BROUGHT IN ANY SUCH COURT HAS BEEN BROUGHT IN AN INCONVENIENT FORUM.
