Terms of Use

These Terms of Use governs the manner in which you use the Know More University, The Business Leadership Roundtable Program, the Know More and/or The Sales Intel Engine or any of our products/solutions hosted on the Teachable.com platform (each as an individual entity or together as it relates to this policy hereafter known as "School") and/or Teachable.com (the technology platform that the School is built upon) or provided by Sam Richter and SBR Worldwide, LLC. These Terms of Use applies to the School and all Courses offered by the School or provided by Sam Richter and SBR Worldwide, LLC.

IMPORTANT NOTE: By using any products/solutions/services created and/or offered by Sam Richter and SBR Worldwide, LLC you agree to these Terms of Use AND the Privacy Policy and Legal Agreements found at https://www.samrichter.com/legal and at https://www.samrichter.com/privacy

Access to the School is by membership license only. Licenses may be individually purchased or made available to a user through an Enterprise Agreement with a third-party organization such as a business, association, educational institution, etc. You may need to create an account with a username and password in order to use the School. You may create your own Membership Account or one might be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and you agree that you are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Account. By creating an Account or by using the School, you agree to the School's privacy policy found on the School's website. You agree that we may contact you via email, phone, or by other means, including but not limited to communication regarding using the School and for other marketing purposes including but not limited to receiving our electronic newsletters, and you can opt out of any communication at any time. By accessing this School, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business agrees accepts these terms.

Membership / Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership / subscription at anytime. To do so, click on the people icon in the upper right once logged in and click the Manage Subscriptions link. Once you cancel, any upcoming payments will be automatically canceled and your subscription and all future billings will end. Your cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. Within the first 14 days, if you are unsatisfied with your membership / subscription for any reason, contact us and we can provide a full refund. To request your refund, please email [email protected] or you can call us at 612-655-3397.

Abuse of the Refund Policy
We have the right to refuse a refund request based on your usage of our products within the first 14 days. However, no refund request will be unreasonably withheld. For example, if you use your membership / subscription 25 times within the first 14 days and your refund request comes on day 13, we may refuse your refund request. However, if you have only logged in a few times, we will of course honor your refund request.

One Time Fee / One Time Membership / Lifetime Use / Lifetime Membership
Some of the Programs offered by SBR Worldwide, LLC are offered and can be purchased under a Onetime or One Time Fee, Onetime or One Time Membership, or Lifetime Membership / Lifetime Usage program that allows you to access Site offerings available at the time of your purchase for as long as those offerings are available. You may not assign a Onetime or One Time or Lifetime Use or Lifetime Membership plan to any other person. SBR Worldwide, LLC and Sam Richter make no warranties or representations as to the expected lifetime of any Site, program or offering, and in purchasing a Onetime or One Time or Lifetime Use or Onetime or One Time Lifetime Membership, you acknowledge and agree that the Site, programs, or offerings could change or terminate in the future. The phrase "One Time Fee" or "Onetime Fee" or "One Time Membership" or "Onetime Membership" or "Lifetime Membership" and "Lifetime Use" refer to the life of the referenced Site, program, or offering, and or the life of Sam Richter. SBR Worldwide, LLC, Sam Richter, and its successors reserve the right to discontinue any program, online resource, or offering in full, or alter any aspect of any Site or program offering, including, but not limited to, (i) restricting the time the Site is available, (ii) restricting the amount of use permitted, and (iii) restricting or terminating any User's right to use the Site, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability. If any program or offering of SBR Worldwide, LLC or Sam Richter is discontinued, cancelled, or modified, including any access to any Site, programs, or offerings purchased under a "One Time Fee" or "Onetime Fee" or "One Time Membership" or "Onetime Membership" or "Lifetime Membership" and "Lifetime Use" or Usage plan, you agree to not seek a refund of any amounts that you may have paid.

Agreement to Receive Electronic Communications
By purchasing any Site product, program, or offering and or by providing us your identifying information including your name, email address, and/or phone umber, you consent to receive notifications from SBR Worldwide, LLC / Sam Richter electronically to the email address you provide to us. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You agree that you have the ability to store such electronic communications such that they remain accessible to you in an unchanged form. You agree to keep your email address information current.

Copyright and Intellectual Property
Content written for including any website, javascript, HTML, PHP, or other code, descriptions and instructions on how to use any Web sites or features listed in the School are the sole ownership of SBR Worldwide, LLC, Sam Richter, and others, and are protected under U.S. Copyright Law. Any sites and content not created by SBR Worldwide, LLC or Sam Richter, for example, third-party websites that you may access via one of the Courses or Programs within this School, are governed under the ownership of those individual content creators' terms and conditions. Any re-use of any material from any site, product, or program created by SBR Worldwide, LLC without the express prior written consent of SBR Worldwide, LLC is prohibited by law. All materials contained in the School are protected by United States and international trademark and copyright laws. You may only view or download material from the School for your own use and you must keep all copyright and other proprietary notices attached to the viewed or downloaded material. The reproduction, duplication, distribution (including by way of email, facsimile or other electronic means), publication, modification, copying or transmission of material from the School is STRICTLY PROHIBITED without the prior written consent of the authors of the Content within the School and SBR Worldwide, LLC. Use License
For any content created by SBR Worldwide, LLC and/or Sam Richter that is downloadable in nature, permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  1. modify or copy the materials;
  2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
  3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
  4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  5. transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.
  6. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by School at any time. Limitations

Release / Indemnification

Data Collection, Storage, and Breach Policies
For emails you send to us, we use Office365. We do back up our email data file to cloud-based backup services you agree to abide by their terms.

For some of our online programs, we use Teachable as our back end hosting platform and all data resides on the Teachable platform and their databases. The only data we can see when we look at a user’s account is the user's name, email address, IP address on registration and subsequent logins, how often a user logs in, and what Lessons that a user looks at while using the online resource site. We do not have access to any credit card or billing information, and we do not have access to a user’s password. We can change a password, but we do not have the ability to see a user’s existing password. For credit card processing, we use Teachable and Teachable uses Stripe to process the payments and maintain subscriptions. In addition, we also use Fastspring to process some of our credit card transactions. With Teachable, Stripe, and Fastspring, we do not have access to any credit card data. When you sign up for any of our online programs, we use Zapier to send registration information that includes only first name, last name, email address, the Course signed up for and the date of sign up. That information is stored in ConvertiKit, which we use to send instructional and informational emails. For our online demonstrations and webinars, we use Zoom, and their Terms are found at: https://zoom.us/terms

Our CRM system may store your identifying data. We collect client information and data in our CRM including but not limited to name, company name, email address, phone number, conference/event information, fees paid, and relevant relationships.

We do not maintain any servers or databases and instead, rely upon the third party vendors highlighted above and possible other third parties not mentioned above. In the event of a data breach at any of our third-party relationships, we would follow the communication instructions provided to us by the breached company, and the company itself may communicate directly with any impacted users.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), all notifications of claimed copyright infringement on the School should be sent ONLY to the contact information below. NOTE: THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS PROVIDED SOLELY FOR NOTIFYING SBR WORLDWIDE, LLC THAT YOUR COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL MAY HAVE BEEN INFRINGED. WE CAUTION YOU THAT UNDER FEDERAL LAW, IF YOU KNOWINGLY MISREPRESENT THAT ONLINE MATERIAL IS INFRINGING, YOU MAY BE SUBJECT TO HEAVY CIVIL PENALTIES. In the event litigation is instituted hereunder, each User consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of any federal or state court situated in Hennepin County, MN, as SBR Worldwide, LLC selects in its sole discretion.
